Stuffed Shells!!!
Ingredients:
- Box of Barilla Pasta
- 16 oz of Shredded Polly Part -Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 63g Polly-O Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 8 oz of Tuttorosso Crushed Tomato Sauce
- Boil pot of water adding just a pinch of salt so shells do not stick
- Tuttorosso sauce in pan adding salt,pepper,fresh garlic,parsley
- Add sauce to the bottom of the pan
- Separate shells and add both cheeses to the shell
- Heat oven to 350F
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted
Here is the end result:
Yummy, that's what's for dinner!! My sweetheart says I should open a store and sell my stuffed shells, they are they best stuffed shells he has ever tasted.
